NY Jets- Who Goes, Who Stays?

Being the huge Jets fan that I am I love to talk about them all of the time. Almost as much as I like to talk about Brett Favre. Anyway, so Holmes is a problem, Plax didn't produce, Sanchez is awful, Shotty can't call plays, Shonn Greene isn't very good, and our o-line takes some abuse. I can't believe I even believed we could make playoffs. Anyway, there are only a few players we must keep and they are Revis, Mangold, Cromartie, Moore, Ferguson, and yep thats it. I think Eric Smith needs to go and Jim Leonard can stay but needs some improvement. Our defense slacked a lot this year and we can't cover tight ends for crap. We have no pass rush either. I feel like Rex needs to spend more time on his defense and hire an offensive coordinator that knows what he's doing. A Rex defense with a new, Sanchezless offense could bring NY a superbowl.

Possible Ideas:

5). Sign new safeties (Smith needs to go before Leonard, but both are replaceable)
4). Upgrade pass rush- Add one big player and change the face of the defense. I also think Bart Scott should stay. (Can't wait)
3). Dish Holmes and don't sign Plax. (Keep Kerley as the #3, SIGN DWAYNE BOWE, and either force Holmes to man-up or sign a veteran to a 2 year deal. Reggie Wayne, Owens? Moss?! yes please even though Wayne would want like a 4-5 year deal. Also could figure out a way to get Justin Blackmon)
2). Get rid of Sanchez AND Brian Schottenheimer (they BOTH suck) Sanchez deserves blame, a lot of Jets fans are in denial of this because they are dumb.
1). FRICKIN GET PEYTON MANNING. Good land Rex, don't be so kissy faced with Sanchez. Bench him and get Peyton, or deal him. Stop being foolish.

There are a lot of huge free agents out there. I would personally trade Shonn Greene and try to sign Forte or Rice even though I hate them both and they both will stay with their teams most likely. Lynch would also be a good fit for ground and pound if Rex would go back to that; although I see no point considering we can get Peyton. If we stick with Sanchez (Smh) go back to ground and pound and get a new RB. I like LT for the screen pass and the short dish so I wouldn't mind bringing him back. I wish we would have just kept T. Jones and Leon Washington though...jeez. Alright well I could talk all day but I don't feel like it so PACE.
