Foot Loose vs. Hot Rod

In light of the new Foot Loose movie coming into theaters soon, I thought I would give the Crabby fans a little Punch Dance Love.  This is one of the greatest scenes in cinema history whether it is the parody or the original. Please enjoy this video, if you don't I hate your guts.  So you don't really have a choice.

Have a Crabby Night youngsters.

Party Foul: Craptain...

In a completely idiotic turn of events, I will be accepting a Party Foul this week for a recurring typo in the CRABs introduction.  In my stunning idiocy I repeatedly typed Craptain instead of Crabtain in my introduction of Crabtain Barbossa.  I'd like to take this time to apologize to Crabtain Barbossa for my stupidity and I will gladly accept an ice cold Sharp's Miller Non-Alcoholic Beer.  I will drink with my head hung in shame for dishonoring a CRAB even if accidental. It will never happen again Sirs.

Have a Crabby Day Folks.

Cory to be in a Halfway House?

With the buzz in months past about Charlie Sheen being out of America's favorite "Two and a Half Men", rumors began to swirl about his replacement. Whether or not the show will go on is a mystery because it seems that there is no suitable replacement for Sheen. Not only did I get to attend the tryout, but I had the opportunity to cover the global event. The stars lined up and began auditions to play Charlie Harper, the reckless uncle to Youngin Jake Harper whom is the half-man. Some of the biggest names in Hollywood showed their faces including Aston Kutcher, Gary Busey, Christopher Reeves, Mike Keaton, and Cory. Each thespian brought their own taste to the character, a taste that even Sheen himself didn't bring. The actors were to mimic previous scenes that Charlie Harper had done in past seasons. It seemed as though Kutcher was favorited throughout the auditions, but Cory brought a little extra spice to the table. When the actors were asked to do this scene , Cory proved he could be anything. The scene was set, Sheen was being played by Busey, The son by Reeves, the Dad was played by Mike Keaton, and the dog was played by Cory. It was effortless. Outstanding. The director expressed his love for the character development and told the contestants that he almost had his decision made.

I followed Cory into his dressing room. Shaking whilst he was awaiting to hear if he got the part, Cory looked to me and said "My dad beats me". I shrugged my shoulders because I really didn't know what to say, and kind of half pretended like I didn't hear him. Instead, I continued my game of Crabs with friends with Tim Cruise. He continued to talk at me as I focused on my game, but I think I made out what he said pretty well. It was something like "you ever think life is pointless, like no matter what you do you'll still be an obese child?" I looked over the frame of my Goldblum glasses and said "relax kid, you're Cory" Right then and there the producer of the show walked in and announced boldly to us that it was between Cory and Kutcher. Keep your fingers crossed kids, Cory may be out of your stomach and into a new house. We will continue to cover the auditions and keep you fans posted.

Have a crabby evening and may Cory stay out of the house.

Follow the Owl?

In this announcement to the fans J.K. Rowling, the author responsible for the magical Harry Potter book series, shares what will surely be the next craze in the Harry Potter phenomenon.  Rowling describes it as an online reading experience that is built around the the Harry Potter books series.  She explains that it will be the exclusive place where audio books and e books will be sold and that she will be divulging secrets about the magical world that she has held secret for these 13 years.  Personally I cannot wait for the fall to reread these books again in a different format, but what does Rowling mean when she says, "Follow the Owl?" Being a huge admirer of the series, it upsets me to think if this is some sort of code that only true fans can decode than I simply am not the fan I thought I was. However, as if I was not already planning on reading the books again, this announcement has rekindled the flame for the wizarding world.  I plan on purchasing the books in different languages to experience it in different ways while simultaneously learning a new language.  J.K. Rowling you are a genius, and I will read whatever you create.

Have a Crabtastic Day Everybody.

Ps. Feel free to comment on what you believe Rowling's riddle to mean and I will do the same.

Crabby Classic

A gem dug out of the Disney Vault, The Little Mermaid displays one of the best Crabs in cinema history.  Sebastian, a Crab with an unusually amazing gift for vocal expression, is featured here singing Kiss the Girl. Sit back and enjoy, and for those of you who don't know the words as well as some of us (real fans) the lyrics are provided.

Folks...this little Crab of mine, I'm gonna let it shine..
